Ordering & Shipping

Shortly after your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will also include your tracking information.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and 3-6 business for shipping. During high volume periods (Holidays, sales, new launches), please allow for extra processing time.

Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns at this time, except for damaged items. In the event you received a product that arrives damaged, please follow the instructions provided below to receive your replacement.

  • Must provide an image of defective product WITH THE PACKING SLIP to customerservice@mycosmeticcounter.com
  • Email must include your order number to help our team streamline your replacement
  • A representative will contact you via email about the status of your request within 3-5 business days.
  • Requests must be made within 21 days of shipping date
  • If accepted, we will ship your replacement. You will not have to pay shipping and handling fees, we will cover those costs. If we are out of your item, you will promptly be refunded.

Please Note: We reserve the right to request an item be returned to our office for further inspection before proceeding with a replacement. You will be emailed a printable label with further instructions.

I Entered the Wrong Email Address When Ordering

Unfortunately, we are unable to send order information to an email address that differs from the one submitted with the order. Please email us at customerservice@mycosmeticcounter.com to request an update regarding your order status.

I Want to Change My Order or Address

Unfortunately, our orders are processed as quickly as possible once they’ve been submitted, so we are unable to make changes once your order is submitted. To correct any errors with your order address information, we recommend contacting us at customerservice@mycosmeticcounter.com. If your order has not been processed, the order can be canceled and a new one can be placed. If the order has been processed, unfortunately, the order will ship as is and cannot be modified.

My Order Arrived Damaged

We’re sorry to hear that a portion of your order was damaged. In order to further assist you, please follow the instructions below.

My Order Was Cancelled

If you did not request a cancellation, there was a discrepancy with either the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase; therefore your order was canceled for your protection, as the payment information provided did not match the payment source. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.

My Package Was Lost

If your package was lost and did not arrive, please contact customer service at customerservice@mycosmeticcounter.com.  We are happy to help in any way that we can.

Where Do You Ship?

Currently, My Cosmetic Counter only ships to the United States.

Gift Cards

We currently do not offer gift cards, but we hope to in the near future. Please check back again soon for updates!
